To access all of your credit reports and scores, you need your ScoreSense login information.  This is the information you provided to ScoreSense when you signed up for your account.  To begin, go to the home page at .  In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, you will see a small blue button that says “Member Login.”  Click on that button, and a pop-up screen will appear where you will enter the username or email address you used to set up the account, as well as your password.  When you click on the “Secure Login” button, you will be taken to your ScoreSense dashboard home page, where you can navigate to all of the information you want to see, including your credit report and FICO score from any consumer reporting agency.

What if I forget my ScoreSense login information?  If you forget your username or password, you can open up the member sign-in page by clicking on the ScoreSense “Member Login” icon, and then click on “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” depending on your situation.  You will be asked to provide either the email address you used to set up the account, or for the answer to your secret question.

 What if I don’t have a ScoreSense Account?  You can create an account by clicking on the ScoreSense login button (Member Login), and then clicking on words “Sign Up Now” on the login screen.

What if I still can’t login into my account even though the username and password appear correct?  If you’re still having issues with your ScoreSense login, please contact the Customer Care department at 1-877-335-6823, M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT.

Where do I go to see my scores?  Credit scores are not free.  However, as a subscriber to ScoreSense and based on your membership plan, you will have access to your credit score and report from the three credit reporting agencies.  Just use your ScoreSense login to access your personal account page, and navigate to the reports and scores from there.

How do I access all of my credit information in ScoreSense?  Use your web browser to navigate to the home page of ScoreSense.  Login to your account.  From there, a dashboard will appear, and you can easily access all features.

What information is available to me in ScoreSense?  When you become a member of ScoreSense, you will have access to all of your credit reports and credit scores.  In addition, depending on other services you signed up for, you can run ScoreCast simulations, see ScoreTracker, and view you Identity Report and Identity Score.  Just use your ScoreSense login information to get to your account.

How do I get email alerts?  To get email alerts, you must have an accurate email address on file with ScoreSense.  To make sure it is set up properly, use your ScoreSense login information to visit your account and verify the email address in the system.
